Test Technician

Summary :

Test technician to perform testing for manufacturing and engineering departments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must be able to read and understand a Test procedure to perform testing.
• Must be able to read a switch / wiring schematic.
• Must be able to use network analyzers oscopes DMM Hi-Pot power supplies TWT Power Meters Spectrum Analyzers Vibration system and function generators.
• Sets up test set-ups as needed. Tests prototype pre-production and production RF switchs.
• Able to trouble shoot a switch issue or set up problem in a timely manner.
• Maintains the test setup and make repairs as needed.
• Recommends equipment needs.
• Be able to write test procedures for customers.
• Work in a timely manner to get the jobs / tasks done on time.
• Works independently from test procedures and / or brief instructions.
• May install and / or relocate test equipment as required.
• Performs assembly inspection functions as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned such as environmental testing.
• Ability to use computers for data purposes.

Pay Range : $55000.00 - $70000.00 annually

Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
