A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help build and scale their inbound and outbound GTM engine in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute multi-channel growth campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue

Build and maintain tables / workflows for lead enrichment and automation

Optimize lifecycle email programs and support account-driven marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Extensive experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS

Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation for marketing

Experience with web optimization and conversion strategies

Familiarity with analytics and experimentation frameworks

Proficiency in using marketing tools such as HubSpot
