Join our team of Registered Nurses today! Nursing South, a leading home healthcare agency serving Miami-Dade, is currently seeking dedicated RNs to join our team of professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role as a valued member of the patient treatment team, evaluating, assessing, and providing care in accordance with established physician treatment plans, while actively participating in the coordination of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oasis Admissions / Start of care.
• Resumption of Care, Recertification, Discharge.
• Supervision, Regular visits.
• Insulin Patients.
• Wound Care, Wound Care High Tech, IV / High Tech Certified, HIV Tech Certified.
• Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations, interventions, and evaluations on the day services are rendered.
• Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the state license for a Registered Nurse.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual or potential nurse diagnoses.
• Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patients permanent record files.
• Plan of care reevaluated needs and revise plan of care as necessary.
• Responsibility for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care.
• All RN duties related to home health care.

Salary

$25.00 - $90.00 per visit. Base pay range : $25.00 / hr - $90.00 / hr.
