Job Description :

Student is to assist Professor with duties as determined by the Professor. Must be punctual and able to do multiple tasks. These duties include, but are not limited to : Filing, Copying, Taking attendance, and other duties as it relates to the studio.

• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
