As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll play a critical role in the residential lending process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our borrowers. You'll be responsible for meticulously preparing and organizing loan files for underwriting, acting as a crucial liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.

Mortgage Loan Processor Job Duties and Requirements :

• Gathers, reviews, and organizes all loan documents, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with federal and company guidelines (FHA, VA, etc.).
• Serves as the main point of contact, providing professional and timely communication with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and real estate agents.
• Orders and analyzes credit reports, appraisals, and other documents to verify all applicant information, preparing the loan file for review.
• Proactively manages the workflow of multiple loan files, prioritizing tasks to ensure all deadlines are met and loans close in a timely manner.
• Proficiently uses mortgage loan software (LOS) and other office applications to input data, maintain records, and manage the entire process.
