Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize AI chatbot playbooks and conversational flows
Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversational design and customer journey
Required Qualifications
Degree in Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience developing and optimizing chatbot playbooks and understanding voice AI design
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools
Hands-on experience with designing error recovery paths and escalation logic for AI interactions
