Practice Administrator Family Medicine

BJC Medical Group is looking for an experienced health care operations leader for Family Medicine. This role will focus on strategy and manager development to optimize practice functions while improving patient, employee, and physician satisfaction. Support 5 physicians, 4 APPs, and 2 practice managers while providing support for physicians and advanced practice providers.

Location : Imperial and Festus

Fully on-site position with mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities :

• Manages individuals including onboarding and hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluations.
• Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue, and / or expense budgets.
• Interacts and collaborates regularly with providers to give direction and oversight of effective schedules, efficient clinic workflow, and patient flow.
• Develops and implements business plans in alignment with larger short / long-term organizational goals.
• Leads and participates in daily huddles and rounding for facilitation of patient flow to ensure patient, employee, and provider satisfaction.
