We are seeking a dedicated and polished Client Account Representative to join our team in Austin TX. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-focused environment and excels at building meaningful professional relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met issues are resolved and their overall experience with our firm remains exceptional. This position offers significant opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Maintain and manage client accounts with accuracy professionalism and attention to detail.

Understand client needs identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored recommendations.

Prepare reports account updates and documentation to support client engagements.

Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth transition into our services.

Support the development of long-term client relationships that contribute to retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries resolve challenges and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.

Excellent organizational abilities and a high level of reliability.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.

Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Additional Information :

Competitive annual salary between $58000 and $62000.
