Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, and improvement of complex business processes

Document detailed business requirements and create process / data models

Develop and oversee complex test scenarios to ensure system functionality meets business needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred)

12+ years of experience in business analysis and business process management

Strong understanding of IT-business alignment and process re-engineering

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
