[job_card.job_description]Three to four days a week 7 : 30 am to 2 : 30 pm Call schedule : 2 weeks per month Onsite lab and E-Ray available Average 12-14 patients per day All inpatient and outpatient scheduled procedures Currently 3 physicians in the group One provider on maternity leave starting March 16 One retiring at the end of April EPIC ERCP Lower GI Endoscopy Colonoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Small Bowel Biopsy Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) Diagnostic Therapeutic Locum will need to follow up with patients for any pathology needs / results Board Certified / Board Eligible (strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards) IL state license (REQUIRED, no exceptions) Covid Vaccination (REQUIRED)

Are you a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled physician to cover a maternity leave from March 16 to June 16, with the possibility of extension. Join the GI of Alton team, providing outpatient care at our state-of-the-art facility with dedicated GI labs conveniently located at Alton Memorial Hospital on the same campus.
Practice Setting :
- Outpatient office with GI labs at Alton Memorial Hospital
- Located near PATTERSON, IL
- Reason for Coverage : Maternity Leave for one of our providers
