Job Title : High-Volume Recruiter

Location : Onsite - New Albany, Ohio

Pay Range : $18 - $20 / hr (based on experience)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented High-Volume Recruiter to join our team onsite in New Albany, OH. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of clinical positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and has a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume clinical roles.
• Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through online databases, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule hiring manager interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Deliver an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused recruitment process.
