Position Overview :
This individual will support both patient care and administrative functions, including :
- Escorting patients to exam rooms and assisting with check-in
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Supporting physicians during exams and procedures
- Answering patient calls and handling prescription requests
- Assisting with chart prep for follow-up patients, prior authorizations, stocking, and room prep
- Limited front office responsibilities
