Job Summary : We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Process Engineer. In this supporting role, you will assist experienced engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes for electrode production. This is an opportunity to develop your engineering skills while contributing to process improvement, quality assurance, and data-driven manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in routine trials and experiments involving new materials, equipment, or process changes, ensuring accurate execution and documentation of results.
• Track and report key process metrics such as yield, OEE, and downtime; document non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
• Support data collection and conduct basic analysis for process optimization and improvement projects, including design of experiments (DOE).
• Work alongside senior engineers to implement process updates, maintain SOPs and checklists, support 4M change verifications, and help train operators on new procedures.
