Federal Program Manager

A company is looking for a Federal Program Manager (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall Federal program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget across Salesforce Public Sector initiatives

Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic alignment on Salesforce-related goals

Track program performance metrics and provide transparent communication through executive-level status reports and program dashboards

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments

3-5+ years of proven experience managing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Public Sector solutions

Bachelor's degree required

US Citizenship required

Active Security Clearance preferred, or willingness to attain one
