Job Title: Physician Assistant ? Podiatry & Wound Care Specialist
Location: Primarily local with travel to Memphis, TN (once every 2 months for 4 days)

Position Overview:
FootCareUSA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant with strong experience in podiatry and wound care to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter and problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about improving patient outcomes in homecare and nursing facility settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive podiatric and wound care services to patients in homecare facilities and nursing homes.
- Perform wound assessments, debridements, dressing changes, graft applications, and wound VAC management as needed.
- Conduct routine and urgent podiatric evaluations, including diabetic foot care, ulcer prevention, and post-operative follow-up.
- Document all encounters thoroughly in compliance with facility and company standards.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
- ravel periodically to Memphis, Chattanooga, and Knoxville to provide on-site patient care in designated facilities (approximately every 2 months for 4-day trips)
- Serve as a resourceful and proactive team member, capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in podiatry and/or wound care.
- Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, treatment planning, and procedural wound care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various care environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically to Memphis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with nursing home and homecare patient populations.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of diabetic foot care protocols and advanced wound care techniques.

Pay: $105,812.47 - $127,430.06 per year
