Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the transportation and handling of goods within our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Transport bags of seed to the shipping area.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Utilize paper pick sheets for order processing.
• Operate a forklift for palletizing tasks.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication.

Work Environment :

Work in a clean and organized warehouse and production facility. The environment can be colder during winter and hotter during summer, and it may get dusty at times. Although it is not temperature-controlled, the facility is well-maintained and equipped with racking and seed bags. Standard working hours are from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
