Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale in-house paid media campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta and Google
Direct creative teams to develop effective advertising strategies and messaging
Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in DTC paid media, managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend
Proven track record of building and scaling paid media teams
Experience in full funnel direct response e-commerce performance marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment
