Build meaningful connections through teaching daily living skills and independence to adults who have developmental disabilities! $14.35 / hr. M-F 8a-4p. Non-CNAs welcome. A rewarding career opportunity providing supports to groups of adults who have intellectual / developmental disabilities. Teaching, mentoring, caregiving, medical monitoring, transfers, and hygiene assistance are a few of the tasks you'll be responsible for. These supports are provided in a group day program setting. This is a positive and uplifting work environment - where you can make a difference. Consistent, full-time shifts M-F 8a-4p - plus occasional overtime. EOE Hiring immediately!
Supports could include teaching people how to :
Positions require assisting individuals with hygiene / personal care, transferring, use of gait belts, and physically supporting individuals (training provided). A comprehensive two-week paid training is provided (this is excellent paid training with certifications).
Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m. steady and stable shifts
