Job Summary :
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA services. The BCBA’s skills are used to conduct functional behavior assessments and produce function-based treatment. As a primary function, the BCBA is responsible for the training & supervision of direct care staff to ensure effective implementation of the behavior plan.

Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis, or closely related field.
Board certification as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
Skills And Experience
2+ years of clinical ABA experience with children, adolescents and young adults. Experience complying with and / or creating detailed treatment plans.
