Remote Switchboard Operator

A company is looking for a Switchboard Operator.

Key Responsibilities

Expertly answer and efficiently transfer all incoming external and internal customer calls to the appropriate departments

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, providing an exceptional customer experience on every call

Adhere strictly to defined business hours and accurately log all work hours

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Reliable high-speed cable internet connection (minimum 10MB) that can be hard-wired to the provided computer

Computer literate with strong proficiency in basic computer operations

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

Possession of a dedicated, quiet, and ergonomically designed home workspace, free from distractions and background noise
