Our Boston office is expanding its Manufacturing practice, and we are seeking a dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to focus on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) roles within the manufacturing sector. Our team is open to candidates who have the technical EHS background and who want to get into recruiting OR a recruiter in the staffing industry who is open to learning the EHS side. This recruiter will join a team of 6 EHS Recruiters and will immediately be able to jump into sourcing on active roles. Job Description

The Full Desk Recruiter - EHS Focus (Manufacturing) will be responsible for the following :

Client-Side :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, understanding their EHS hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Drive business development through networking, cold calling, and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
