Job Description

Seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to represent an expansive product portfolio for our Foot & Ankle division!

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’S Foot & Ankle products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations / presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a distributorship with hands-on training and clinical support.

What You Will Do :

  • Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business
  • Meet monthly / quarterly / annual quotas assigned by the company
  • Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
  • Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate teams
  • Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers

    • What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University
  • 1+ years of outside sales experience or 1+ years of Surgical Tech or Related Clinical experience
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism
  • Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong decision-making skills
  • Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion
  • Note : This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
