Job Description : The Facility Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility's infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations. This role involves overseeing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, managing facility projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities :

• Facility Management :

Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC systems, MAU, RAU, Scrubbers, Chillers, Boilers, Chemical and Waste Management, electrical systems, cleanroom environment (Temperature & Humidity Control and Pressure Control), UPW, PCW, Vacuum & CDA system and specialty gases and chemicals.

Plan, coordinate, and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and repairs.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facility systems.

Ensure that all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.

Monitor and manage energy consumption to promote sustainability and reduce costs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, facility inspections, and equipment performance.

Coordinate and oversee the work of external vendors and contractors.

Work closely with facility staff, management, and other departments to address facility needs and support operational goals.
