Role Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.

Typical Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and work quality to meet design and specification standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and report progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Manage site documentation, including timesheets, material deliveries, and daily logs.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, company policies, and client requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
