In this role, you arent just selling policies; you are helping neighbors protect what matters mosttheir families, their homes, and their futures. We provide a supportive, high-energy environment where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders by answering questions and processing policy changes.
• Needs Analysis: Help clients identify their insurance needs and explain coverage options (Auto, Home, Life, etc.).
• Lead Management: Follow up with warm leads and schedule appointments for the Agent.
• Office Support: Maintain accurate electronic records and assist with daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

What Were Looking For

• Communication Skills: You are a "people person" with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Organization: You can multitask without letting details slip through the cracks.
• License Requirements: Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses. (We can discuss licensing support for the right candidate!)
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous State Farm Office experience is a plus!
