Superintendent - Transmission

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Superintendent to oversee and lead transmission construction projects. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of managing complex transmission line projects and driving operational excellence.

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects by coordinating crews, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in pulling bundled conductor on transmission lines and handling bulk conductor operations will be critical to ensuring project success.

• Project Leadership: Supervise and manage daily field operations for transmission line construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Crew Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate multiple crews to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.

• Conductor Operations: Oversee bulk conductor operations, including pulling and installing large-scale transmission wire, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

• Safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Resource Allocation: Ensure proper utilization of equipment, materials, and labor to maintain project momentum and cost-effectiveness.
