We are seeking a Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer to join our Baton Rouge, LA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple transportation/civil design projects
• Providing daily quality control
• Managing and training junior level engineers
• Assisting with business development

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Professional licensure in civil engineering in LA or ability to secure within 6 months
• Minimum 10 years of highway/civil design and/or 5 years project management
  experience

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Bentley Microstation V8 or AutoCAD required
• Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
• Primavera or Microsoft Project experience a plus
• Proven track record of successful project and client development
• Experience leading a team
• Project management experience on a variety of Federal, State, Parish and City transportation projects and contracts a plus
