Intelligence Planner (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intelligence Planner to join our team at Nellis AFB supporting the 363 rd ISR Wing . The Intelligence Planner will play a critical role in ISR Planning and Operational / Exercise Support to ensure mission success. This position requires expertise in intelligence planning operational coordination and the ability to integrate ISR capabilities into mission objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute ISR capability-based p lanning support to operational and tactical objectives well integra ted into mission / exercise objectives .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and operators to ensure seamless integration of ISR capabilities into mission planning.
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
• Provide detailed planning and support for ISR operations ensuring alignment with mission requirements and priorities.
• Prepare and deliver briefings reports and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence planning efforts.
• Maintain proficiency in ISR tools methodologies and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Target Salary Range

$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
