Role Purpose

The Plant Manager will lead the facility in achieving operational excellence, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products while fostering a positive work environment and driving continuous improvement. Plant managers serve as the key link between frontline operations and organizational objectives, balancing employee well-being with business goals to support sustainable growth and success.

This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $184,563.00 - $253,775.00 assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
