Job Title : Leadership & Development Coach

Location : Remote (Preferred : Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)

Contract Duration : 10 / 2025 – 10 / 2026

Pay Rate : $160–$170 / hour

Employment Type : W-2 or 1099

Position Summary :

We are looking for a Leadership & Development Coach to support a leadership team undergoing organizational change. The coach will deliver individual and group coaching engagements aligned to the goals of a Salesforce and digital transformation initiative. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching senior leaders during major change efforts and a strong background in leadership development strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver one-on-one and team coaching to leaders navigating transformation.
  • Assess leadership development needs and design targeted development plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that enhance trust, resilience, and agility.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to improve team effectiveness.
  • Partner with change leads and HR stakeholders to align coaching with broader change and culture goals.

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or OD consulting.
  • Demonstrated success coaching in environments undergoing enterprise change.
  • Experience supporting newly formed leadership teams.
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Preferred : Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Preferred : ICF certification or equivalent
