We're looking for a Platform Engineer to join the team and help operate a secure, reliable, and highly available Cloud, Managed Hosting, and Developer Platform. In this role, you'll thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and translate business and development team requirements into automated platform solutions. You'll be responsible for working with a Security & Compliance team and platform engineers to implement secure infrastructure features, configurations, and automation to create a dynamic platform-as-a-service for development teams. You'll utilize expertise in AWS Cloud, Cloud or network security, containers and Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently while leading others, and be able to work across development teams. Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have :

• 4+ years of experience with DevOps for containerized or Kubernetes production systems
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud
• 3+ years of experience with CI / CD and developer workflow automation such as Github Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodeStar or CodePipeline
• 3+ years of experience working with Docker and Helm
• 3+ years of experience with IaC, including Terraform or Ansible
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes deployment and GitOps tooling, including Helm, Flux, or Argo CD
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud or network security architecture, including least privilege or IAM, RBAC, or Boundary Protection
• Experience troubleshooting platform application deployments and configurations
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
