You will also utilize various assessments and tools to complete complex cases and provide education to patients.Pay: $95,000/yr and up DOE with $10K retention bonus
The Location: Concord, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
This is a HYBRID opportunity. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Master's Degree in Social Work and clinical level licensure.
• Ability to use evidenced-based treatment and practices.
• Software: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Zoom.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
• A background check and drug screen are required for this role.
