As an Automotive BDC Representative , you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments
• Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
