Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Georgetown, TX. This contract role, running from ASAP through the end of the school year, requires fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) to effectively serve students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Providing direct therapy services incorporating ASL as appropriate
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred
• Proficiency and fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a caseload and handle multiple priorities efficiently
