Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Telehealth Coordinator with YesCare :

• Identifies a ""Telehealth Champion"" (early adopter) at each facility to ensure the technology is effectively and frequently utilized at each unit.
• Introduces clinical staff and providers to the systems via a structured training program to include practical demonstrations to show benefits of the program’s technology.
• Ensures telemedicine equipment is fully operational and maintained and is properly set up and tested at each facility (via monthly audit.)
• Tracks monthly telehealth utilization on a facility-by-facility basis, summarizing and reporting the data.
• Provides input for development of telehealth policies and procedures.
• Lends support to new and innovative ideas for expansion.
• Maintains awareness and knowledge of site specific utilization and concerns.
• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management
