Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively engage with potential and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on suitable products.

Quote Generation : Generate insurance quotes accurately and efficiently, tailored to customer requirements.

Policy Promotions : Present and promote Allstate insurance products to meet set sales goals.

Client Relationships : Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to maximally suit client needs.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to all Allstate and regulatory compliance guidelines in all sales activities.

Requirement

Licensing : We will reimburse for the expense of your license after you pass the Licensing exam and have worked in the agency for 60 days.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Customer Skills : A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exemplary service and exceeding expectations.

Sales Skills : Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
