[job_card.job_description]Oversee and manage the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) door compliance program for retail sites Conduct Method of Procedure (MOP) reviews to ensure compliance with safety standards Execute asset verification processes and maintain accurate inventory records Manage refrigerant tracking programs to ensure compliance with EPA regulations Provide technical guidance and administrative support to building engineering teams 5+ years of facilities and engineering experience with expertise in MEP systems and facility management Strong understanding of ADA compliance requirements and safety protocols Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs across large facility portfolios Experience with administrative functions in engineering environments, including documentation and vendor management Professional certifications in facilities management (CFM, FMP) or engineering disciplines Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
