What You’ll Do
Act as a liaison between managers and insurance brokers to ensure continuous coverage.Maintain and update insurance policy databases for compliance tracking.Review, edit, and process insurance submissions and vendor compliance documents.Validate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and vendor W-9 forms for accuracy.Assist with onboarding vendors and guiding them through compliance requirements.Monitor compliance trackers, prepare reports, and support audits.Research vendor standing with state authorities and ensure legal compliance.Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies promptly.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in software systems.Support other departments and special projects as needed.What We’re Looking For
Experience in compliance, QA, or similar roles (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.Tech-savvy with proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with innovative thinking and minimal supervision required.Key Competencies
