Key Responsibilities
Handle support tickets through an online help desk for player-related questions and issues
Identify areas for support articles and improvements based on player contacts
Work on improving internal systems to enhance player experience
Required Qualifications
Great understanding of the gaming network
1+ years of related experience
Experience with Zendesk and / or Tebex for billing-related customer support is a plus
Able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed
