Position Summary:
Join a leading Magnetics Design and Manufacturing company as an Account Management Specialist! This role supports our sales team at a high level, requiring knowledge of sales, accounting, and internal processes to deliver exceptional service to national accounts. You’ll analyze pricing, sales data, and import tariffs while collaborating across departments to ensure our customers receive precise, timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow-ups regarding national accounts.
• Provide accurate pricing and delivery information for quotations.
• Enter, edit, and allocate new orders and change orders in the system.
• Expedite delivery schedules as needed to meet customer expectations.
• Act as a liaison between Sales Support, Product Marketing, Order Processing, Shipping, Material Planning, Quality Control, and Accounting.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret order status and performance reports.
• Process return material authorizations (RMAs) and resolve order discrepancies.
• Verify confirming purchase orders and change orders.
• Maintain charts, graphs, and reports of sales data.
• Stay up-to-date on corporate agreements, policies, procedures, and stock reserves.
• Assist the Inside Sales Manager with tariff-related items.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; BS in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, purchasing, or accounting—preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential data and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems; experience with CRT and 10-key calculator a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $23–$25/hr, based on skills and experience.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; times negotiable between 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
