Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls for healthcare member and provider inquiries
Ensure a positive experience for members while utilizing web cameras during interactions
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Call center experience and health insurance experience preferred
Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute preferred
Basic knowledge of personal computers is required
