Job Description

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for inquiries received in the Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Read, analyze and/or determine appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
• Process treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products.
• Work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• MUST be bilingual in English and Portuguese
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• 1+ years Banking/Financial industry experience
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication
• Exp with MS Suite

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour.
