In this role, youll play a key part in assembling and / or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production. / ppJob Details : / ppShift : 2nd Shift, Full Time (Monday - Thursday) 4 : 00PM - 2 : 30AM, with possibility of overtime / ppWhat Youll Do : / pulliAssemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings. / liliUse microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. / liliRead and interpret assembly process / work instructions and work instruction processes. / liliWork with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification. / liliUse various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, and screwdrivers). / liliMaintain accurate data entry related to production processes. / liliCollaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement. / li / ulpWhat Were Looking For : / pulliBasic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. / liliStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. / liliAbility to follow written and verbal instructions. / liliAbility to learn J-STD-001 and / or IPC-A-610. / liliExperience with electrical and / or micro-electronics preferred. / liliKnowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. / liliStrong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. / liliHigh school diploma or GED required. / li / ulpBenefits provided : 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law. / ppButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
