Duties :

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment

Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of employees and visitors

Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately

Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and write detailed reports

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems

Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements :

Must have a valid security license or certificate

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of security procedures and protocols

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Strong observation skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Basic computer skills for operating surveillance systems

Skills :

Proficient in conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations effectively

Familiarity with CCTV systems for monitoring and surveillance purposes

Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

CPR and first aid certification is a plus
