Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desired Example of stacked shift schedule : 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm Clients are located on the Eastside (Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue) must be willing to work in this area Flexible Scheduling. We work with your availability. Consistent Hours & Pay. You will enter your preferred weekly hours each week and we will work to get you the hours and paycheck you expect! 24 / 7 Caregiver Support. You will never work without having someone available to answer the phone should you need something. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week. Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients. Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Access to online training and continuing education courses. Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and / or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match. 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a state and national background check Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
