Position Summary :

The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing corporate and partnership tax compliance, preparing tax provisions, and supporting REIT-related analysis. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across a highly engaged tax team that includes Income Tax, Sales & Use, and Property Tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tax Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare corporate and partnership taxable income projections
• Coordinate the preparation of Federal and State tax filings with third-party tax providers
• Review third-party prepared tax returns to ensure timely compliance with Federal, State, and Local tax laws
• Tax Provision & Analysis
• Prepare and analyze quarterly U.S. income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Prepare and review deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, return-to-provision reconciliations, and valuation allowances
• REIT Compliance
• Conduct quarterly and annual REIT analysis, including Assets Tests, Income Tests, Distribution Tests, and related checklists
• Audit & Regulatory Support
• Respond to tax authority audits, inquiries, and notices

Qualifications :

COMPENSATION : $85,000 - $95,000 + 10% annual bonus opportunity
