Sales Administrator

Location : Commack, NY

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch) - your evenings and weekends stay yours!

Pay : $20–$22 / hr (based on experience)

Benefits :

  • Medical Insurance – Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

The company contributes toward the cost of your medical plan, and we also provide a generous Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help offset out-of-pocket expenses. Covers 100% of out-of-pocket expenses for the employee and a portion towards dependents.

  • Dental & Vision Insurance – Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

    • These plans are 100% employee-funded at a minimal expense, giving you affordable access to additional coverage.

  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan – Eligible on the 1st of the month after completing 1 year of service.

    • Includes a company match to help grow your retirement savings.

    What You'll Be Doing :

  • Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments with prospective customers
  • Answer inbound sales calls and assign leads or set appointments
  • Manage the calendar for our superstar 10+ person sales squad
  • Build rapport fast - you're the first impression, and we love making it a good one
  • Double-check customer info in our CRM to keep things running smoothly
  • Send out email / text confirmations to keep everyone in the loop
  • Help create a 5-star experience for every single client

    • What You Bring :

  • Experience in a call center or customer service setting
  • A confident, friendly, and professional vibe
  • Organized and ready to juggle tasks like a boss
  • Willing to learn and grow with a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Customer Service : 1 year
  • Appointment Setting : 1 year
  • Administrative Sales : 3–5 years (Preferred, not required - we train rising stars too!)

    • Training provided - just bring your ambition, and we'll handle the rest.
