Overview of the Client Services Coordinator role :

Accurately process distributor sales orders and keep stakeholders informed on contract details, pricing, shipping, and overall order status.

Provide distributors with timely updates, insights, and support for special pricing or order-related requests.

Collaborate with Accounting, Technical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure field sales and partner needs are fully supported.

Maintain and update distributor and partner data, proactively communicating with Field Sales and the Territory Sales Manager to ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Qualifications for the Client Services Coordinator :

1-2 years in customer service, order processing, or data entry.

Comfortable using MS Office; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
