Schedule : Evening (7am-7pm), rotating weekends and holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Enhance and restore health by completing the nursing process; work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients and families; supervise team members.

Planning & Communication : Create and document personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring effective communication to relay patient health status and treatment progress.

EHR Management : Demonstrate proficient use of an Electronic Health Record system, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.

Compliance : Adhere to departmental and system protocols, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

EDUCATION :

Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)

RN - Registered Nurse (New York State Education Department)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
