Production Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Weekend service preparation (slides, lights, etc.) Maintain and upkeep of production equipment and spaces (stage, storage, auditorium, etc.) Collaborate with worship teams to prepare and facilitate weekly rehearsals Provide production support for Sunday services (Producing, Audio FOH, etc.) Provide production support for ministry events Help maintain current production standards with focus on elevating our level of excellence Provide support with new equipment installs and integration Help facilitate training for team members Regularly research industry trends and bring new innovative ideas to the team Capabilities and Characteristics:Understands and embraces The Bay Church DNAFaithful, positive, loyal, self-motivated, flexibleDisplay a high level of communication to supervisors and department leadsAn independent self starter who also works well within a team environment and is comfortable interacting with leadership.Be able to multi-task with ease.Be comfortable working in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
